Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of the order.

Dispatch

Each product page shows its dispatch time. Orders containing several items are sent together once everything is ready, unless you ask us to split the order.

Large items

Trees over 7ft, giant props, animatronics and commercial displays travel on a pallet or by two-person courier. Delivery for these is quoted at checkout and the courier will contact you to book a delivery day.

Addresses we cannot reach

We do not currently deliver outside the UK. Some Highland, island and BFPO addresses carry a surcharge or a longer delivery time, which the checkout will show before you pay.

Carrier names, delivery charges and dispatch times will be confirmed here before the shop opens for orders.

Measured, not guessed

Every tree lists its height and tip count, every light set its bulb count, cable colour and lit length, taken from the maker's specification.

UK delivery

We deliver within the UK. Delivery is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of the order, and the dispatch time is shown on each product.

Ask before you buy

Unsure whether a tree will fit the room or a light set will reach the socket? Email the measurements and we will check against the specification.
