If an item is not right you can return it. This page explains how.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the day you receive an order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back. The item must be unused, with any tags, in its original packaging. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or was not as described.

Faulty or damaged items

Check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or does not work, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement, a repair or a refund, and we cover the return cost.

How to start a return

Email hello@christmastreewarehouse.co.uk with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return address and a reference to write on the parcel. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching us.
