Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed with Christmas Tree Warehouse.

The contract

An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and any payment is refunded in full.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery and risk

The goods are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to the address you gave. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Cancellation and returns

Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is explained on the returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Product information

Measurements and specifications are taken from the maker’s data. Colours may differ slightly from the photographs.

The trading name, company number and registered address of the seller will be stated here before the shop opens for orders.

Measured, not guessed

Every tree lists its height and tip count, every light set its bulb count, cable colour and lit length, taken from the maker's specification.

UK delivery

We deliver within the UK. Delivery is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of the order, and the dispatch time is shown on each product.
